The Holmesburg Jam is an open acoustic bluegrass and  country music jam playing together informally for over 30 years.  All are welcome - novice to grass star.  No mics.  No open stage.  Currently outdoors at Princeton Ave and the Delaware River  in NE Philadelphia every Thursday night from 8PM.

Instruments needed: Banjo, guitar, fiddle, mandolin, dobro, spoons, voice, accordion, harmonica, bass, saw.
